Professional competencies formation as expert's potential activities on the basis of laboratory courses system

The article is published within the framework of the analytical department having a special purpose program «Development of the higher school scientific potential in 2009 - 2010» on the state budget topic № 6986 «Planning of the complex monitoring system of ecological, ergonometric, sanitary-hygenic and technogenic criteria of the educational process safety». The authors define the basic development cycles of the practice-oriented content of the specialists' training on the life sustenance safety providing educational process safety on the basis of the laboratory courses system.
