Formation of psychophysical qualities in students of pedagogical specialties by means of basketball

The article describes the formation of psychophysical qualities of students of pedagogical specialties as a result of basketball lessons. Basketball, which is included in the curriculum within the discipline "Module of elective courses in physical culture", is a special game with a high level of physical activity that has a multifaceted impact on the physical development and improvement of mental and physical qualities of students of pedagogical specialties. The results of an experiment on the formation of psychophysical qualities in students of pedagogical areas of training by means of basketball are also presented.
