Formation of psychological readiness for professional activity of employees of internal affairs bodies

This article reveals the features of the formation of the psychological readiness of employees of the internal affairs bodies for professional activities. The necessity of improving the professional training of employees of internal affairs bodies, the essence of psychological preparation for professional activity and ways of its expression are determined. The results of the analysis of various approaches to the consideration of the concept of "psychological readiness for professional activity" are described.
