Regarding the formation of psychological competence of higher school professors during post graduate studies

The article underlines the significance of integrating psychological knowledge in the education process of adults at the postgraduate stage studying, especially during the realization of pedagogical activity. Special attention is given to psychological knowledge, psychological competence and psychological culture. The improvement of psychological competence of teachers can be realized in improvement skills conditions. In this article the experiment of the instructors of higher institutes of learning, who had been studying at the improvement of skill faculty, is described.
