Formation of speech culture of students of training courses for foreign specialists of the Siberian Law Institute as an object of research work

One of the accreditation indicators of a modern University is research work. The paper presents an analysis of research carried out at the Department of foreign and Russian languages of the Siberian Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the problem of forming the speech culture of foreign students. The research period is 2018-2020. The topics are indicated, the stages of research are briefly described, and the prospects for scientific work are determined. Research work was carried out on the following topics: “Teaching Russian speech etiquette to students of training courses for foreign specialists in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia”; “Formation of speech culture of students of training courses for foreign specialists, taking into account the regional component”. The presented generalization of the research work made it possible to verify the relevance of the chosen direction and the need for further continuation of the work.
