The study examines the main methods of forming a corporate training system created in companies to increase the effectiveness of educational programs, improve the quality of employees' work, and improve their skills and knowledge. The relevance of the topic is highlighted by constant changes within companies, the expansion of functional responsibilities of employees, the introduction of new IT technologies and the use of new training methods. The main objectives of the research are to analyze the impact of the corporate training methods used on the formation of an integrated corporate training system, taking into account current trends. The study of current technologies, forms and methods of corporate education, taking into account the organizational and pedagogical conditions for building an effective system of corporate education. The pedagogical methods of building and improving corporate training systems are considered in order to continuously improve the skills and competencies of employees in companies. The key aspects influencing the improvement of learning efficiency are identified. The current conditions for the formation of a corporate training system are analyzed, the limitations and problems of creating and implementing a corporate training system in domestic organizations are described.
