Formation of the system of self-government methods as a pedagogical condition of its development

He article shows the part of the experimental work of a teacher with the cadets of the Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to organize pedagogical conditions for the development of personal self-government of trainees. The author gives a system of methods of personal self-government, examples of problems, a short analysis of the lessons. She also presents the data of a forming experiment.
