Forming the professional assessment of the staff system in tourism and service

The interest that was in the last century to the scientific approach an effective personnel policy of enterprises is still relevant in modern conditions. There is a systematization of scientific knowledge and methods of staff assessment. The existing approaches to staff assessment require adjustment in connection with a new round of tourism development as they implement staff standards for the hospitality industry on the legislative level. Based on the innovative approach in this article the tools for staff assessment has been developed for the candidate’s selection and assessing the compliance with the position. The proposed method for assessing staff on the basis of modern standards of professions is applicable for different positions of enterprises in tourism and service industry.
