D.M. Pisanov’s dissertation explores the theoretical and methodological foundations for forming schoolchildren’s sociocultural identity through history and social studies. In the context of modern mental and hybrid wars, the focus is on the critical role of teachers in developing the spiritual and moral health of youth. The work proposes a model that identifies pedagogical conditions facilitating the formation of sociocultural identity through educational disciplines. The study includes an analysis of various educational approaches and offers a practical system whose effectiveness is confirmed by experiments and implemented in educational practice. The author has developed a classification of didactic tools that support youth identity within the school curriculum. The practical significance of the work is supported by the publication of methodological materials for schools and universities. The dissertation is interdisciplinary, combining advances from various scientific fields to address the problem of sociocultural identity.
