The development of the sociocultural competence of the non-native speakers and bilinguals in the light of the modern linguistic and educational policy of the Russian Federation

The article deals with the issues of the sociocultural adaptation of the migrant children with the further development of the corresponding competencies. There is given the clear division of the concepts “children - non-native speakers” and “bilingual children”. The analysed statistic data demonstrates the volume of the migration flow and the country of the origin. There is given the description of the forecasted difficulties in the education of the migrant children, there are suggested the ways of their overcoming.
