Formation of socio-cultural competence of professional college students through the technology of cultural assimilators

The article considers the possibility of using the technology of cultural assimilators (CA) to form the socio-cultural competence of students of a professional college. Cultural assimilator is a method of pedagogical influence when representatives of one culture analyze problematic situations in communication from the point of view of representatives of another culture, ideology, social group. The author describes the following methods related to CA technology: general cultural method, culture-specific method, context-specific method.
