Formation of special knowledge in the field of economy and information technologies for specialists of the judicial system of the Russian Federation

Modern economic conditions form new aspects of commercial disputes and criminal cases of an economic nature. The article analyzes the competencies required for criminal and arbitration proceedings. Proposals are formulated for the formation of professional competencies of forensic economic experts, the training of which is carried out in universities of the law enforcement system and in civil universities. A basic program of professional development for judges is proposed, which implies the formation of modern competencies in the field of economics and information technology.
