Formation of theoretical and legal bases of certification in the sports sphere in the Russian Federation

In modern society, sport is not only a competitive movement of individuals, the purpose of which is to achieve the most significant results in certain sports, it is a special means of satisfying the spectacular claims of a person, in particular, and society as a whole. It is necessary to recognize that at the present stage of social genesis sport occupies an exceptional place in comparison with other historical periods of human development. This fact is explained, in particular, by the fact that in the modern world sport, due to the active introduction of various competitions in the international sphere, with the increasing number of interethnic and national teams, has a significant elitism, and high achievements in this area are recognized as the prestige of the nation. Sports achievements, moreover, are a kind of criterion of socio - economic and cultural genesis of the modern state, increasing the sense of patriotism and the spirit of the nation, and contributing to the development of interethnic tolerance, which is especially necessary nowadays.
