В данной статье рассматриваются прикладные вопросы создания третьего пространства в рамках средней школы социального равноправия на материале исследования ученых Калифорнийского государственного университета, в ходе которого были внедрены в практику методы устранения наказаний по отношению к учащимся-мигрантам с целью устранения несправедливости, ущемления прав и свободы личности.
