Experience in using innovations in higher education

The article deals with the issues of educational process organization and innovative methods of training future economists in higher education. The authors analyze the use of such tools as Ruralinves, project approach (startup projects) and scientific club activities to form a successful personality of a student. Special attention is paid to the role of digital technologies and interactive teaching methods in the development of students' professional competencies. The study provides examples of successful implementation of innovative technologies in the educational process of Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University named after S. Seyfullin, including the use of business incubator, participation in international competitions of startup projects and the work of student scientific clubs. The article considers state programs to support youth business initiatives and their role in the development of entrepreneurial skills among students. The article contains actual data on the dynamics of students' participation in various Olympiads and research competitions for the period of 2021-2024.
