This article is dedicated to the formation of a healthy lifestyle. Based on a study of literary sources, it was determined that for the development of a strong immune system, it is necessary to exercise regularly. Sport helps people to distract themselves from their problems and to calm down from stress. Doctors recommend playing sports as a preventive measure against many diseases. But it is impossible to abuse physical activity, as this leads to a deterioration of the body's condition. You need to constantly monitor your diet, a healthy diet does not harm anyone, eat fruits and vegetables every day. Many people have bad habits, it is difficult to get rid of them, but it is important to defeat them they don’t harm your body. Hygiene is very important, if it is not maintained, then germs will appear in the body.
