Forms and methods of interaction between the prosecutor's office and operational units of law enforcement bodies

The article is devoted to the study of issues related to the forms and methods of interaction between the prosecutor's office and operational units of law enforcement agencies. The problems, initiation and investigation of criminal cases on the facts of the use of violence against police officers or their public insults in the performance of official duties are considered and analyzed. Based on the results of the study, the authors of the article conclude that the prosecutor's office is an important element of the law enforcement system, which is associated with its coordinating and supervisory functions.
