Forms of avatar implementation in virtual space

The article deals with the avatar as a form of personality manifestation in the virtual space; fixed a clear separation of video game avatars from others and the expansive nature of the game component; analyzes the distinctive features of the avatar on various planes of its manifestation and the form of its implementation in the virtual space. Particular attention is paid to the issue of generating avatar implementation forms in singleplayer videogame projects that do not have, unlike multiplayer, interpersonal communication methods. The article reveals the reasons and meanings of such generation. The article reveals the significance and influence of self-presentation and self-identification on the customization of the avatar; the development of a new form of avatar realization in the virtual space through digital distribution services and the significance of the profile as a stage of development of the possibility of virtual self-identification is noted.
