Fractional composition of soluble amatanth ptytomass proteins in ontogenesis

Бесплатный доступ

Major share of soluble proteins represented by fraction of water-soluble proteinsin A. cruentus and A. Mantegazzianus. The content of salt-soluble proteins is maximum in the vegetative phase and decreases significantly during flowering and fruiting periods. The content of the alcohol soluble fraction nearly doubles by the end of the growing season. The content of alkali-soluble fraction in the leaves less dependent on ontogenesis phases and slightly increases within the phase of fruiting. With the purpose of complex phytomassprocessing cleaning must be carried out since the beginning of the mass budding, as tightening its terms involves the loss of protein in the vegetative organs by reducing the proportion of soluble fractions. It is advisable to use a differentiated aftermath: cleaning for green fodder, as well as green manure with the creation of snowholdingborders.
