Linguistic picture of the world forms a type of relationship between the human and the world; it sets the norm of human's behavior in the world. Because of this, phraseological meaning and phraseological prototypes are inextricably linked to different aspects of human life, which is imbued with human emotion and the attitude of a human to the world. With the help of these idioms we can make our speech more emotional and expressive.
