Phronetic leadership: current agenda

Discussed are the issues of the need to spread phronetic leadership in the modern world with its excess of information and knowledge. It explains what features can help leaders make their style more phronic, what abilities should be developed in employees to spread collective phronesis and rationally use its potential. The tools for the development of phronetic leadership and collective phronesis are systematized.
