Fundamental solution of initial-boundary value problem for fourth-order pseudoparabolic equations with nonsmooth coefficients

In this paper the fundamental solution of initial-boundary value problem for pseudoparabolic equations with dominated derivatives of fourth order with nonsmooth coefficients is constructed.
