The article examines the functions and content of the corporate culture of preschool teachers. This phenomenon, being a form of determination of consciousness and thinking, is a meaning-forming component of the teacher’s value attitude towards his professional activity. Its characteristic features are sociality, dynamism, and collegiality. The content of the corporate culture of a preschool educational organization is the reproduction of the best elements of the accumulated culture, the production of professionally significant values, as well as the preservation and accumulation of pedagogical experience. The system of corporate events influences the worldview of an individual when corporate values are perceived as personal. The functions of the corporate culture of a preschool educational organization include: adjusting the professional behavior of the teacher, uniting the teaching staff, overcoming conflicts between teachers, stability of the institution as a social system.
