Functions of resources and abilities in the course of the organization and regulation of the market of high-quality food in the region

The relevance of a subject of a research is confirmed by the fact that functions of resources and abilities of firms in the course of formation of the market of high-quality food demand deeper knowledge. It is necessary both for firm, and for bodies of state regulation. Gaps in knowledge complicate an entrance of regional producers on the markets of high-quality products and the successful competition on them. Results of a research prove functional impact of unique resources and competences on creation of additional value by firm for the consumer. They allow to complicate imitation of a high-quality product, provide long term of competitive advantage. The leading methods of a research were the analysis of the competitive environment in the market, the analysis of the internal environment by the SWOT method and also the activity transforming resources and abilities to an attractive product. These methods allowed to give to knowledge complex character. Assessment sources by the consumer of a product, obstacles in front of simulators and producers of goods substitutes are proved. They are connected by key competences of firm. Trends of development of resources, abilities of firm are defined. It is proved that key competences create conditions for an entrance of firm on the market, promote creation of a unique product, provide the raised goods assessment by the consumer, complicates imitation of a product and creation by competitors of goods substitutes, create conditions for receiving a quasirent by firm. Conditions of long term of competitive advantage of regional producers in the market of high-quality food product are proved. Results of a research can be used by the firms functioning in the growing markets of high-quality food in the course of development of strategy of an entrance on the market and creations of competitive advantage.
