The article presents the structure of a teacher’s moral culture: moral literacy, value and personal components. On the basis of functional analysis the author describes the functions of knowledge and comprehension as components of a teacher’s moral literacy, functions of value and personal components of a teacher’s moral culture. Also, the article reveals the content of a teacher’s moral culture components.
