Reconstructive plastic surgery plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer. Currently, it is considered as an etiotropic treatment of mental disorders associated with the loss of femininity and the integrity of one's own organ. In recent years, significant progress has been made in the complex and combined treatment of breast cancer. In case of simultaneous breast reconstruction for cancer, it is important to use additional materials - synthetic and biological implants that can replace muscle autografts and, thereby, reduce injuries, blood loss, operation time, and avoid defects in donor zones. The best aesthetic result can be achieved due to the absence of damage to the large pectoral muscle, and, as a result, minimization of risks of animation deformity and pain, as well as a faster rehabilitation period, which, of course, leads to an improvement in the quality of life.
