Functional powers of the judicial power of the Republic of Armenia

The present article analyzes in detail the substantive features of the functional powers of the judicial authority. The current functional powers of the judiciary are diverse both in form and content. The article discusses several functional powers of the judiciary, including the execution of justice (considered the main function), judicial control, rule-making, ensuring the uniform application of laws, developing judicial policy, etc.
