Functional approach to management quality assessment

The article presents a functional approach to the assessment of management as a process with input, output and feedback aimed at achieving the goals of the organization; management functions are considered, the expanded composition of which includes the basic functions of goal-setting, planning, construction, control, motivation, improvement, as well as connecting functions such as decision-making and communication; a process model of functional management is presented; the concept of management quality is defined, an approach to its assessment through the quality characteristics of its functions is proposed.
