Functioning of state authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation

The article pays attention to the consideration of the normative legal acts of the functioning of the regional power structures of the state. The article examines the role assigned to the principles on the basis of which the activities of state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are based, and reveals complicating issues in the field of interaction between the power structures of the federal center and the regions. The role of the legal positions of the Constitutional Court in the issues of streamlining the mechanism of functioning of public authorities of the regions of Russia and harmonizing their interaction is noted.
