Methods: themethodological framework for the research is a set of methods of scientific cognition, among which the main ones are the method of analysis and the system method. Results: within the framework of the study, the analysis of the development of the theoryof gamification within the framework of various non-legal sciences has been carried out, the definition of the process of “gamification of law” has been proposed, and the aspects of gamification of law have been analyzed.
