The article considers the effect of partial replacement of compound feeds with an organic concentrate based on biowaste of poultry farming processed and disinfected by an electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequency exposure (EMF microwave) on the hematological parameters of quails. To conduct the experiment, 5 groups of quails were formed: 1 control group and 4 experimental groups. During the study, the control group quails were fed by a basic diet and the experimental group quails (I, II, III and IV) by a diet in which part of the feed was replaced by 10, 15, 20 and 25 % organic concentrate respectively. According to the research results, the difference between the groups in terms of the content of leukocytes, hemoglobin and erythrocytes was statistically unreliable which indicates the absence of a negative effect of the organic concentrate on health and metabolic processes in the body. On the contrary, the trend towards an increase in erythrocytes and hemoglobin in whole blood, total protein, glucose, calcium and phosphorus in blood serum in quails of the 1st group, which received 10% organic concentrate as part of the feed, indicates an intensification of protein, carbohydrate and mineral metabolism in their body.
