Gender specifics of remote work of young people: case study of interregional social research results

The article deals with gender specifics of the remote social and labour relations as a new form of the youth labour activities. It considers structural, functional and procedural aspects, factors, challenges and prospects of the remote work. The author presents a new definition of the remote work, statistic data confirming development degree of the remote social and labour practices, as well as observes results of the original interregional empiric research.
