The article deals with the analysis of the educators' 30-year age crisis and its features. The description of the psychological crisis content is presented. In the context of the crisis concept as a difficult vital situation the distinctions between characters and ways of crisis experiencing by men and women are investigated, the preferred strategies of behavior are revealed.
