The article deals with gender stereotype interpreted as a scheme that becomes everyday "factuality" in the issuance of cultural rootedness. Gender stereotypes have such a property as management of incoming information processing: a person remembers only the information that confirms these stereotypes. The person wouldn't change the stereotypes even if remembers information rebutting the scheme. The author presents the empirical research results, revealing gender stereotypes of corporate conflicts. It has been found that the gender stereotypes work poorly in the abstract situation: perhaps, in this case, other patterns are reinforced. The gender-stereotyped ideas are involved when assessing a real situation.
