Gender phenomenon in English language (upon the data of neologisms in the vocabulary of economics)

This article tells about the phenomenon of gender in language. The gender component is reflected in the vocabulary of every language due to the process of formatting (social groups) and distributing role sets among men and women within the society resulting in emergence of gender stereotypes, and appearance of gender dedicated and gender neutral neologisms. The study determined that gender neutral neologisms prevailed in a selection of English economics vocabulary that is owing to striving to yield gender equality in different spheres of life.
