Creation and conservation of identified core collections of tomato that includes accessions with genes of agricultural valuable traits; mutants (trisomics, marked mutants with deletions, inversions, translocations); wild relatives; cultivated varieties; highly adapted local cultivars are the extremely necessary to start the nearest breeding program and genetic studies.
