Genetic structure of milk proteins, the meat breeds of cattle bred in the conditions of the Republic of Tatarstan

New data were obtained on the genetic structure of milk proteins in meat breeds. In milk and meat cows were polymorphic, as in dairy cattle, β-to-casein and β-lactoglobulin. They are represented by two alleles a and it turned out that cows milk protein polymorphism beef better expressed than in dairy cattle, because they have equal alleles have a higher rate than in the past.
