Genetic features of breast cancer in groups progression disease after radical mastectomy and breastconserving therapy

Purpose: To value morphologic and genetic features of breast cancer in recurrence group after different surgical treatment. Materials and methods: We investigated 458 tumor tissue specimens, 144 of them with locoregional and distant recurrences. 21 genes were analyzed with RT-PCR. Results: We have received differences in expression profile in relapse gropes with mastectomy and economy resection. There was revealed significant gene expression P16INK4A, MYC, Ki-67 and PTENfor masctectomy grope and P16INK4a and BCL2 for breast-conserving therapy. Conclusion: research of gene expression for different tumor specimen allows to select markers adverse prognosis.
