Genetic analysis of soybean cultivars and somaclonal lines by inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR)

Genetic diversity and relationships of soybean cultivars and somaclonal lines was studied with inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers. Diagnostic markers were revealed for soybean cultivars studied. The new loci detected in ISSR spectra of somaclonal lines were absent in parent genotype spectra. Parameters characterizing the level of polymorphism and genetic diversity were calculated. AMOVA showed the high level of cultivar differentiation equal to Fst =0.688 %.
