The genesis of law and management in the field of counteraction to attempts to falsify and distort history to detriment of Russia's interests

The article presents the evaluation emerging of a system for countering attempts to falsify history in the Russian Federation, the military history especially. Chronological frameworks of the publication (2009-2015) are associated with the intensification of this process and with the increasing urgency of the issue. There is summarized activity of federal and local government and legislative authorities, separate ministries and departments in the field of development of managing authorities by this work and its regulatory-legal framework.
