Genoidentification of the bovine leukemia virus circulating in the Alekseevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan

This article contains information about genoidentification of the bovine leukemia virus circulating in the Alekseevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan by PCR- RFLP analysis. 10 samples of cow blood were examined. The results showed that 9 isolates of the BLV proviral DNA belong to the 4th genotype, and 1 isolate belongs to the 8th genotype of the pathogen.
