Genotoxical effects in buccal epithelia at miners, working in the conditions of irradiation by natural sources of ionizing radiation

Results of research the cytogenetic infringements in cells of buccal epithelium at miners who are exposed to chronic exposure by natural ionizing radiation sources are presented. It is established that genotoxical effects in buccal epithelia at miners in essential decrease in frequency of occurrence the cells without visible infringements, increase of number of cells with necrotic changes and in increase in 26 times the number of two-nuclear cells in comparison with control group are shown.
