Geoecological analysis of project materials of Egitinsky fluor spar mine development activities (Republic of Buryatia)

The article analyzes project materials for environmental impact assessment when developing the Egitinsky fluorite deposit in the Eravninsky District of the Republic of Buryatia. The materials were examined for compliance with the main principles of environmental impact assessment (EIA) and the "Model Provision on the Development and Composition of a Motion (Declaration) on the Intentions of Investing in the Construction of Enterprises, Buildings and Structures”. The goal of the geoecological analysis is to prevent the development ofpotential ecologically hazardous consequences. The project has comments on the impact assessment proposed for the construction and operation of anthropogenic facilities. During the analysis it was found that the EIA materials have shortcomings, which do not allow obtaining a positive conclusion of the state environmental review.
