The article discusses the importance of developing flexibility in students' lives. The importance of flexibility in increasing the level of physical fitness is justified. The effectiveness of developing and improving flexibility as a significant motor coordination quality in the training process is discussed. Recommended flexibility exercises for morning exercises. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire method. A set of static stretching exercises is presented.
