Hyperhomocysteinaemia and increased risk of cardiovascular complications in patients having ischemic heasrt disease with atherogenic hypercholesterolemia

Comparative analysis of interrelation of homocysteinemia and intracardiac hemodynamics, blood lipid spectrum indices and coagulothrombocytic hemostasis in ischemic heart disease patients and healthy persons was performed. Ischemic heart disease patients revealed hyperhomocysteinemia and increased content of SRB which is associated with the risk of Q-IM development and increased need in coronary revascularization.
