В обзоре приводятся данные литературы о сущности и количественных критериях произвольной гипервентиляции, ее влиянии на кислотно-основное состояние, связи с баро- и хеморефлексом. Оцениваются особенности гипервентиляции как функционального теста у беременных женщин для прогнозирования акушерских осложнений.
