Hypoxic training as a tool for increasing the adaptive capacity of students and schoolchildren with chronic fatigue symptoms

The article discusses the current problems of schoolchildren, teenagers, and students aged 15-25, such as chronic fatigue, physical exhaustion, aggression, frequent headaches, poor sleep quality, and constant stress. To address these issues, a unique procedure called hypoxic training has been developed. The article highlights key aspects such as the classification of schoolchildren and students based on their health status. A sociological survey has been conducted to obtain reliable statistical data in the Russian Federation. The authors analyze the results obtained and confirm the importance, necessity, and effectiveness of the "mountain air" procedure. Recommendations are provided for the optimal regimen and the number of necessary procedures to improve the quality of life for humanity. Evidence is provided and suggestions are made for solving the problems faced by the younger generation in modern times.
