Hypoventilation breathing, formed on the background of physical exercises, and intense physical load to failure as factors of influence on the state of human regulatory systems

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of hypoventilation breathing, formed on the background of physical exercises, and intensive physical load as factors of influencing on the state of human regulatory systems. The survey involved 18 male volunteers who regularly engage in physical training. Subjects were divided into 2 groups: main and control. The main group (n=12) was trained in hypoventilation breathing on the background of physical exercises, and the control group (n=6) was not trained. Before and after learning this technique, all subjects took part in 2 similar examinations, where they were asked to perform load testing on a bicycle ergometer (power 160 W) to failure. The ECG, pneumogram and volumetric parameters of external respiration were recorded. The subject's condition was examined at rest and under load testing. The time of performance of the testing physical work to failure and its "physiological price" were vtasured. In the resting state the heart rhythm dynamic was analysised, and the tension index of regulatory systems was evaluated. The arterial pressure and arterial blood oxygen saturation level were measured. Hemodynamic parameters were evaluated by calculation. It is shown that hypoventilation breathing, formed on the background of physical exercises, and intensive physical load to failure are the impact factors on the state of regulatory systems of the human body. If hypoventilation breathing causes the slight increasing in sympathetic effects on the heart and a slight increasing of regulatory systems tension at rest, wich do not leave the normal range, then at the physical load stage it contributes to a significant increase of a subject's physical work power combined with increasing of the "physiological price". At final state, hypoventilation breathing contributes to the weakening of the adverse effect of intense physical load on the human body, because it is optimizing the work of the cardiorespiratory system and thereby reducing a regulatory systems tension.
