The research is aimed at studying the verbal-deverbative functional complexes in terms of their ability to participate in text linearization. The formation mechanism of these complexes is considered on the basis of a certain volume of text fragments to contribute to the effective linearization of text thematic fundamentals. Linearization is developing as information expansion of linguistically marked situations and it is characterized by various ways of actualization in different contexts.
