Globalization and higher education: quality and quantity

The article is devoted to the issues of globalization process influence on the development of higher education sphere in developed countries of the World and also on the development of the integration process of national educational systems into the common world educational space. Particular attention is paid to the tendencies of internalization and concurrence in the sphere of higher education
